I have to state that as a matter of Board policy, we dont do anything to support or promote illegal file sharing or copyright infringement.

I have not heard of this application, MasterParadox. I am no expert on p to p, but I do know a fair amount.....and I would be super suspicious of anything that is making that kind of a claim. Why? Because it is too good to be true. There are all kinds of payloads that can be hidden in files. Some are actual viruses or trojans which stick out like a sore thumb. Some are more cleverly hidden.

If I were paranoid, I would suspect that the promoters of this new p to p venue are the police or a corporate interest looking to entrap people in a sting operation. There are always rumors flying around the net about such things happening. To the best of my knowledge, some of them are true, too.

If I were to try this new p to p application, I would make sure I have the very best antivirus software and make sure it is updated daily. I would also make sure I was using a blind proxy before I signed on to a new, untested sharing network.

Just my opinions

M. Dale
